Convenient maintenance: 

the design gives full consideration to the convenience of maintenance, and the main parts of the engine and hydraulic system are reasonably laid out, which is easy to check, repair and maintain. The hood has a large opening angle, and some parts adopt modularized design, which is easy to replace and can effectively reduce the maintenance time and cost of the equipment.

Main ConfigurationsEngine:

 Most of the engines are water-cooled turbocharged engines of famous brands. The power is generally around 60-75kW, which is powerful, with good fuel economy, and meets the emission standards of National Ⅳ and above. 

Hydraulic system: 

It adopts high-quality variable piston pumps and motors, such as Danfoss, Rexroth and other brands, with high transmission efficiency, smooth and reliable operation, which can accurately control the travel, vibration, steering and other actions of the roller to ensure the operation precision and work efficiency of the equipment.

Vibration system: 

the vibration frequency is generally between 30-35Hz, and the excitation force can be adjusted according to different working conditions, usually in the range of 80-120kN, which can provide stable and powerful vibration energy and enhance the compaction effect. Some rollers also adopt advanced vibratory wheel technology, such as XCMG's long-life, even-pressure vibratory wheel technology, which can make the vibration more uniform and improve the compaction quality.

Braking system: 

common disc type air brake and caliper disk brake, air-push oil-assisted braking is more common, fast braking speed, good effect, can make the roller stop in a short time, to protect the construction safety. Some models are also equipped with two sets of hand and foot brakes to further improve the reliability of braking.

Sprinkler system:

 Equipped with large-capacity water tank and pressure water pump electronically controlled water spray system, it can realize uniform atomized sprinkling, keep the grinding wheel wet, prevent asphalt and other materials from adhering, and ensure the compaction quality. The capacity of water tank is generally around 400-600L to meet the demand of long time operation.
